  • Dr.
    David Vitunac

Dr. Vitunac was raised in Danville, PA. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Pittsburgh, where he received his B.S. in Biology. After completing his undergraduate studies, Dr. Vitunac decided to stay at the University of Pittsburgh where he received his Doctorate in Medicine of Dentistry (D.M.D.). Since graduating from dental school, David has made strong efforts to stay up to date with the newest technologies by enrolling in Continuing Education courses. Dr. Vitunac has invested in technology such as the CEREC system, allowing him to provide crowns in a single visit. He also has invested in a CBCT allowing him to take 3D scans of a persons head and neck region. This technology allows for him to provide the highest level of care to his patients.

Besides his academic achievements, David loves helping others. He has volunteered his dental skills to the Special Olympics, Boys and Girls Club, and Give Kids a Smile Day. Dr. Vitunac has also gone on mission trips to Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic to provide dentistry to those in need.

In his free time, Dr. Vitunac enjoys golfing with friends, and cheering on any Pittsburgh sports team. Ever since leaving Central PA to go to college, David was hoping for an opportunity to return. He was very excited when Dr. Paul Vidunas offered him an opportunity to takeover the well established practice. Ever since he moved to Mifflinburg, Dr. Vitunac has fallen in love with the town and looks forward to providing care to patients in the area.
